Yes, I get it. When someone feels our words deeply. It is such a beautiful gift for both. And thank you for reading my work, too. I disappeared from this space for a bit - seasons of life - but am ready to sink back in.
Costs images choreographed leaves dancing dropping down from branches leaving a coat like paint in layers compost crushed by trodden pirouettes slippers stretch cross seasons wind songs as coats fly in the air and as a lozenge swallowed coats the throat to soothe the voice that poetry speaks.
There’s a nip in the air—coats flair , then buttoned up warms the heart.
When all that falls away what can you see? Seems to be the theme with the music and pictures too. I loved Call it Dreaming. Good question, full of longing.
You have such a command of sound!
Really lovely to hear this!
I’m glad for that!
This is the kind of beautiful chaos that makes up a beautiful life
Wow, this! ⚡
"fires light what we really are
from unknown, from compost,
from what we can be "
That last stanza brought a catch to my throat. Really beautiful.

What a lovely reaction to elicit. Comments like this are why I write. Thanks so much Sarah. (Just read your beautiful piece this morning)
Aaand I love the band Wolf Alice... Okay I'm done! 😆
Love them too.
Also congrats on 200! I feel so lucky to be one of them! 😍
I read the first line and knew I had to sit down for this one. Phew. What an aching beauty. You're magical. ✨
Thanks Cynthia!

I'm glad you liked that song Linnea. And the fall away. Sending healing wishes to you all the way... from here to there.
Feels like hope. One of my favorite feels.
Mine too, Rena!
First word is coats. Not cost s.
